REFUNDS ARE MADE ONLY FOR DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN ITEMS. AND ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN VIA AN EMAIL LINK. REFUNDS CANNOT BE MADE ON GIFT CARDS, GIFT BAGS, GIFT MESSAGES, SOAP BARS, AND SOAP PRODUCTS.
You will be provided with a one-time unique code for the store credit to use towards your next purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Contact us if you haven't received your confirmation email with the store credit code after 24 hours. Please contact us at bambiancecandles@gmail.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or credited.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bambiancecandles@gmail.com.
Gifts & Gift Cards
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
There are no refunds on gift cards. No cash value of gift cards after purchase. Any remaining balance must be used in B'Ambiance Candles & Gifts. online store only. No cash value on any balance of gift cards.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email bambiancecandles@gmail.com for our address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit. Unless noted by management.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you do not insure your shipment.
