ORDER PROCESSING

B’Ambiance currently has a 48-72 business hours processing time for all orders regardless of the shipping method chosen.

Shipping hours are Monday to Thursday & any order placed over the weekend or Holiday may be processed on Monday or the next business day!

ORDER SHIPPING

We do not ship on nationally celebrated holidays. We will offer free USPS, UPS or Fed-ex shipping for all orders over $75. 

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has left our purpose filled hands. 

Depending on your region in the USA shipping rates will vary. 

In-stock candles will ship within 48 hours unless contacted by our store.

When you select your shipping method through the checkout section (after 48 hours), you will receive your shipping tracking number via email. You will have approximately 24 hours for the shipping information to be updated through the shippers' website.

Our company is home based in the United States (Monroeville, PA) and shipping will occur from Monday through Thursday during UPS, USPS, or FedEx working hours using whichever shipping method available to you during checkout.
